Refund Policy

The 14-day refund we offer

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was taken, first payments and renewals alike. You do not need to give a reason, and it makes no difference how much you have used MyBuildTool in the meantime or how many projects and calculations you have saved.

To ask, email admin@aritycraft.com from the address on your account and say which payment you mean. We aim to reply within 3 business days. The money goes back to the card or account you paid from, which your bank usually takes a further five to ten days to show.

Who takes the payment

Subscriptions are sold by Arity Craft Limited through Paddle, our payment processor and merchant of record. Card details go to them and never to us, and a refund is returned by them.

Card details go to Paddle and never to us. We receive only what unlocks your account: that a subscription exists, its plan, and when the current period ends.

After a refund

The subscription ends when the refund is issued, and the account moves to read-only Free. Nothing you have saved is deleted: your projects, calculations and shopping lists stay in your account to read, and subscribing again restores saving and editing.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling a subscription stops the next charge and leaves you everything until the end of the period already paid for. Asking for the payment itself back is a refund, and cancelling on its own will not do that for you. You can manage or cancel a subscription from Settings.

The free plan

Every calculator on MyBuildTool is free, with or without an account, and a free account saves up to 3 projects. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe, so most people will never need this page at all.
