Refund Policy

This policy applies to MyBuildTool subscriptions sold by Arity Craft Limited. Paddle is the merchant of record for every sale, and this policy follows theirs.

14-day refund

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of the date it was taken. This applies to first payments and to renewals alike.

You do not need to give a reason. It makes no difference how much you have used MyBuildTool in the meantime, or how many projects and calculations you have saved.

How to ask

Email admin@aritycraft.com from the address on your account and say which payment you mean. You can also ask Paddle directly, using the link on the receipt they emailed you or the request form at paddle.net.

We reply within 3 business days. Paddle returns the money to the card or account you paid from, which your bank usually takes a further five to ten days to show.

After a refund

The subscription ends when the refund is issued, so saving beyond the free allowance of 3 projects stops. Nothing you have already saved is deleted — your projects and calculations stay in your account, and you can subscribe again whenever you like.

Cancelling is a different thing

You can cancel at any time from your settings. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you also want the payment itself back, and it was taken in the last 14 days, ask for a refund as well — cancelling on its own does not do that for you.

The free plan

Every calculator on MyBuildTool is free, with or without an account, and a free account saves up to 3 projects. Nothing is charged unless you choose to subscribe, so most people never need this page at all.
